Continuing Education / Training

The success of JJH is primarily due to the expertise and commitment of our employees. In order to maintain a well-trained staff, JJH has a full-time trainer on staff for in-house ongoing training. Additionally, JJH encourages employees to further enhance their skill levels through continuing education courses at local colleges or seminars, and the company often sends people to seminars provided by companies like Fred Pryor or Skillpath.

JJH has had all or part of the company participate in off-site training on subjects relating to negotiation with vendors, stress management, and communication, to name a few. JJH reimburses employees for educational expenses (tuition, books, and fees) whenever they take job-related classes.
